How to Make A Kratom Smoothie

Ingredients You'll Need:

- Pineapple Chunks

- Fresh Kale

- Mango Chunks

-1 Banana

- Cubed Ice

- Almond Milk

- Kratom

- *optional* Organic Honey & Stevia

For this recipe, it is primarily consumer preference with the ratios. If you want more sweetness, add more fruits than veggies. If you're trying to keep it on the low cal, healthier side, opt in more greens and veggies!


  1. Slowly add in all of the fruits and veggies into your blender

  2. Once all of the ingredients are well pureed, add in your ice cubes and pulse until it is well blended into the smoothie

  3. Carefully add in the almond milk and *optional* Your stevia and honey according to taste. The more milk you add in, the thinner your smoothie will be, and the less almond milk you add, the thicker your smoothie will be.

  4. After you add in your almond milk, scoop in your typical dosage of Kratom.

  5. Make sure your smoothie is well blended and there are no large chunks inside it

  6. Pour and enjoy!

TIP: Try to make as close to 1 single serving as you can! Otherwise you will have to drink a lot of smoothie in order to get your normal kratom dose. Too many fruits and veggies will make a lot of servings, so adjust your Kratom dose accordingly!
